Our laboratories offer comprehensive repair, calibration and certification services provided by qualified and skilled electronics technicians.
Calibration Certificates
All of our traceable calibrations meet the most stringent quality requirements and are traceable to NRCC standards. We record any deviations from these standards and correct them when necessary. We also ensure detailed documentation, including:
- Model no. and serial no.
- Ambient conditions
- Date calibrated and calibration due date
- Out-of-tolerance report
- Uncertainties
Calibration certificates can be ordered through authorized REED distributors.
Repair Services
We stand behind our products. Our team repairs our instruments at each of our labs across North America.
Products in need of repair are required to be returned to the authorized REED distributor where it was initially purchased and not directly back to REED Instruments.
